Forth of July Cheesecake
This cheesecake is my favorite dessert to make for Forth of July BBQ’s because it tastes amazing and looks great also! You can create this design on top of a cake, a cream pie, or a cheesecake. I usually use a cheesecake.

Pro Cheesecake Tips
Use a springform pan and put parchment paper on the bottom for easy removal
After prebaking the crust wrap the pan in 3 layers of foil
Put the spring form pan in a water bath to bake
After baking, turn the oven off and crack the door to let it cool slowly
