How to Make Decorative Chocolate Pieces with a Wax Seal Stamp
Decorative chocolate pieces make the perfect cupcake toppers. I used a Hogwarts crest wax seal to make these Harry Potter inspired cupcakes for my best friends baby shower. I loved how the chocolate coins made the cupcakes look so elegant.

How to make the chocolate pieces:
Place the wax seal in the freezer 20-30 mins before melting the chocolate
Melt the chocolate with the double boil technique or with the microwave in 30 second intervals stirring in between.
Use a piping bag to make a circular pool of a chocolate on parchment paper (only do a few at a time to determine the size you like)
Keep the piping bag straight up and down and squeeze the chocolate out onto the parchment paper
Hold the wax seal straight up and down and press into the chocolate for a few seconds
In between pressing the coins, place the chocolate seal into a bowl with ice to keep it cold enough to seal the chocolate
